Luz and Eric talk about how to change your thoughts and patterns and how healthy eating can help you switch your emotions. Eric shares with us that ADHD brain doesn’t process carbs well so it is best to limit them and replace protein with more energy.

Consistency is key! Luz says that food is not your friend, but fuel. You should eat to live, not live to eat. Eric and Luz share ways to get healthy snacks ready and portioned so that you can grab a bag quickly and easily. It’s okay to slip and get up again tomorrow.

Luz knows a lot about ADHD and eating disorders because she has been there. This episode is for you if any of these resonate with you. Hear what she has to share. It could be the difference between life or death.
