Autumn’s talk reflects the Golden Rule to treat all people as you would like to be treated. Autumn’s older brother had autism and ADHD. She has shared her experiences growing up with him to create this talk.

Autumn Colwell is a grade 10 student in Sacred Heart High School. Autumn is determined to be the best at everything she does. Autumn loves meeting new people and making new friends. Autumn recently made her stage debut in Rock of Ages. She is a sucker for a good suit of pants.

TED-Ed helps students explore, discover, and present their big ideas through short talks that are TED-style. Students work together in TED-Ed clubs to share and celebrate their creative ideas. To help inspire future TED speakers and leaders, students go through TED Education’s flexible curriculum.
