I would roll my eyes at anyone who said “early to bed, early to rise keeps man healthy, wealthy, and wise.” This would be something I heard all the time. I tried several times to become a morning person, but it was impossible for me to change my body into a morning person.

It was obvious that all my previous attempts were not consistent. I have never done it consistently for 30 consecutive days. Why not just try it? Get up and get active 30 every morning before 6am to see how I feel more productive, focused, and energized.

This video is my attempt to show you how I managed to get up 30 every day without missing a single day. The bigger question is whether this would change my opinion about early mornings, and if Benjamin Franklin’s famous quote would make me “healthier, wealthier and wiser.”
