This is a follow up to an earlier video where I compared the treatments of anxiety to the ideas behind the Iron Chef cooking series versus a short order cook as found in many diners.

Both are fine for dining. However, in anxiety treatment one is better suited to finally eliminating your fear of flying. The other is more temporary and can’t be relied upon long-term.

Some of the techniques shown in the video are pseudoscience methods that I avoid and call out whenever possible. Many times, well-meaning people, including pilots, offer to maintain fearful behaviors.
