What I Eat to Treat ADHD 🥦🥩🥚

Please note I am not a medical professional. Foods that I eat on a regular or daily basis which help to keep my ADHD symptoms under control. It’s best to avoid refined sugars and keep foods as simple and natural as possible.
My general preferences are: Eggs, Organic meats/fish and low GI complex carbs.
